You can conveniently fly into the Colorado Springs Airport, located just a short 20-minute drive.
For transportation to the retreat, you can choose to take an Uber or Lyft, or rent a car for more flexibility during your stay. As the retreat draws closer, I will provide a spreadsheet with arrival information so that guests can arrange ride-shares to save money and connect with fellow participants.

Unwind at the Old Town Guesthouse, a cozy and beautifully appointed bed and breakfast in the heart of historic Old Colorado City. Each room has a private ensuite bathroom. Many rooms feature a private hot tub on the balcony or a steam shower—ideal for enhancing your self-care experience. Step outside to explore the charm of Old Colorado City, or retreat to your room for a quiet moment of relaxation in this peaceful mountain getaway.

Start each morning with a delicious, hearty breakfast prepared by the Old Town Guesthouse, setting the perfect tone for the day. In the evenings, indulge in delectable dinners crafted by our talented retreat chef, Jess Ragland, who is known for her nourishing and flavorful meals. Most dietary restrictions accommodated. Enjoy daily afternoon snacks to refuel and relax, making each moment of your retreat a truly nourishing experience.
Workshops
Immerse yourself our insightful workshops designed to empower and uplift. Join Dr. Erin Foley as she delves into essential women’s health topics, covering common midlife challenges like sleep issues, energy dips, and hormonal changes, while equipping you with practical tools to support your well-being. Experience a transformative EFT Tapping session with Tabitha Frazer to help release stress and emotional blocks. Then, explore the Midlife Radiance Project with Lisa Lind, who will share the secrets of glowing from within through skincare, nutrition, and wellness. Enjoy a fun, mini group facial as Lisa guides you in embracing beauty from the inside out.
Group Activities
Immerse yourself in a delightful mix of group activities designed to bring balance, joy, and connection. Reset with gentle yoga and meditation, then savor a sunset hike with yoga and a picnic dinner in the stunning Garden of the Gods. Enjoy a peaceful morning creekside stroll, a fun mani/pedi outing, and explore the Saturday Farmer’s Market together, as well as an immersive sound bath. Our final evening will be a beautifully plated, pampering dinner by Chef Jess, complete with meaningful retreat reflections and connection time. Each activity is thoughtfully crafted to enhance your self-care journey with laughter, connection, and serene moments for relaxation.
